Start with your question.
Want to organize the week, understand fatigue, or follow progress? Choose the guide for your moment.

The best training is not the kind that exhausts you.
It is the kind that lets you keep going.
Prompts to examine running and endurance training in Claude or ChatGPT. More context to plan, understand your progress, and talk with your coach.
01 / FROM DATA TO DECISION
Your watch records. Your AI helps interpret. Paceguard structures the conversation.
No extra dashboard to keep up with.
Want to organize the week, understand fatigue, or follow progress? Choose the guide for your moment.
Each guide explains which data to prepare. It can be a screenshot or details you enter yourself.
Copy the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT. Add your data and bring the conclusions to your conversation with your coach.
02 / YOUR STARTING POINT
Fewer generic prompts. More athlete context. Explore the guides and find what makes sense for you today.
Organize training stimuli, easy days, and rest without turning every session into a test of your limits.
Compare effort and performance to understand your progress beyond the pace of a single workout.
Put sleep, feelings of tiredness, and recent load in the same conversation. One isolated number does not decide for you.
Bring together feeling, breathing, and intensity. Not every workout needs to end with you at your limit.
Structure questions for a preparation block that respects your starting point and routine.
Look at changes in volume, intensity, and recovery before simply adding another workout.
03 / THE LONG TERM IS OUR SPORT
We believe in training that builds, not training that makes you pay later. In truly easy days. In guilt-free rest. In progress that respects life beyond sport.
Train with more intentionYour history matters more than the workout you saw online.
Sleep, fatigue, and routine belong in the conversation. They are not details.
AI can be wrong. A good guide shows what we know — and what still needs assessment.
More awareness of training is not a guarantee against injuries. Paceguard does not replace professional guidance.
04 / NO LOOSE ENDS
So you can start knowing exactly where you stand.
It turns training questions into well-structured prompts for Claude or ChatGPT. You choose a guide, prepare the suggested data, and copy the prompt. The analysis happens in the AI you use — not here. The guides can also help organize workout drafts to review with a coach.
No. We do not ask for passwords or access to your accounts. You choose what to share directly with the AI: entered values, screenshots, or files it can read. Remove names, routes, addresses, and other identifiers before sending.
No app, prompt, or plan can guarantee that you will avoid injuries. Our focus is helping you observe load, recovery, and routine changes, asking better questions before increasing effort. Persistent pain or unusual symptoms need professional assessment, not a prompt.
No. It is an educational tool to understand your data better and speak more clearly with your coach. AI-generated workout suggestions are drafts, not individualized prescriptions. AI can be wrong and should not diagnose health issues.
You can copy prompts into both. The ability to attach files or images, usage limits, and response quality depend on the model and plan available in your account. No AI subscription is included with Paceguard.
In this version, there is no training-data upload, registration, or analysis storage. The selected sport only adapts the prompt in your browser. When you send information to Claude or ChatGPT, that provider’s privacy policies apply.
